The guys over at Phantasy Gaming Network have reviewed the game and gave it 9/10, going as far as saying that BlindGiRl is “easily a contender for one of Xbox Live’s top ten indie games”.

Adam Boult at UK national newspaper The Guardian has reviewed BlindGiRl, and he liked it.  He calls it “a must-buy for any Xbox 360 owner who’s interested in seeing what a talented developer can do with limited resources and some brilliant, unconventional ideas about gameplay“.  And he’s hoping for a sequel!

The review of BlindGiRl by Eurogamer means that we now have a slot on GameRankings.com, where the current average review is a very healthy 80%. Hopefully over the coming weeks we’ll be able to add more good reviews to this and keep that average going up.

GayGamer had a look at BlindGiRl in this week’s Indie roundup and they loved it, they were particularly impressed by the colourblind simulation and they called the gameplay ‘unique’.

Monster gaming site Eurogamer have reviewed BlindGiRl in their download roundup, and they gave it 8/10. They called it “…another sterling example of why the Indie Channel is proving to be a fertile arena for artistic expression.”

Our friends over at Xbox Hornet have posted a review. They liked it, giving it 8/10 overall and saying “I legitimately enjoyed BlindGiRl; there is a certain charm to a game that has creativity and artistic merit without being pretentious or overt about either of those qualities”

Two Fedoras have reviewed the game and by all accounts they loved it, calling it “something wondrous and beautiful that you won’t soon forget.” They also praised the visuals, in particular the wave propagation.
